This Visitor Pass Registry Book with Small Non-Expiring Badges with Side Sign-Out helps to keep track of visitors to your facility with a wire bound written record.

Each book contains 500 badges with duplicates preprinted in Black ink. Sheets of self-adhesive badges are followed by duplicate sheets immediately behind, transferring visitor information to a permanent written record as a badge is filled in with ball-point pen.

Each badge contains a space for the Date, visitor's Name, Company, and area Visiting. The sign-out section off to the side includes spaces for visitor's initials, "Time-In," and "Time-Out."
