Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Warranties
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and warranty repairs.
Eligible Returns
Most products can be returned for a full refund or exchange (less shipping) within 30 days of the original purchase date, if they are in like-new, resellable condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must include the original packaging and all accessories/manuals. A 20% repackaging fee may apply if the product box is missing or damaged.
- Non-TruBind & TruLam equipment/supplies may only be returned within 10 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee, and not all will qualify.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered products
- Closeout, overstock, and clearance items
- Roll laminators
- Any item 30 days after purchase
- Non-TruBind & TruLam equipment/supplies 10 days after purchase
Packaging Requirements
- The original product box is required for all returns and most warranty repairs.
- Missing or damaged boxes may result in a 20% re-box fee.

Request an RMA

Pack Your Items Securely
Include all original materials (manuals, accessories, paperwork) and use the original or equivalent protective packaging. -
Label the Package Properly
Clearly indicate the RMA number on the shipping label only. Do not mark product boxes directly. -

We recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance. Lamination Depot is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are inspected within 1–3 business days of receipt.
- Refunds or exchanges are issued promptly after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order included a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Items not in like-new condition may receive a reduced refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty Repairs
To send in a product for warranty service:

Properly package the item with all original components and packaging.

Label with your RMA number (on the shipping label only).

Ship to our Returns Department (address above).
Repairs are typically completed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the repair is complete, including any applicable charges or notes.
