This Visitor Pass Registry Book with Large Non-Expiring Badges helps to keep track of visitors to your facility with a wire bound written record.

Each book contains 500 badges with duplicates preprinted in Black ink. Sheets of self-adhesive badges are followed by duplicate sheets immediately behind, transferring visitor information to a permanent written record as a badge is filled in with ball-point pen.

Each badge contains a space for the visitor's Name, Destination, person/place Visiting, Date, and "Time-In."
