The Akiles FlexiCloser is the world's first automatic wire closer, featuring the Smart Detect System automatically detects the wire diameter and adjusts to ensure a perfect close every time. With one simple press of a button, the FlexiCloser applies the precise amount of pressure required for closing your 2:1, 3:1, or Spiral-O wire binding spine (up to 1-1/2" in diameter). It includes a wide array of convenient features, such as a magnetic back to hold your wire spine in place, an easy-to-read LCD control panel, a built-in safety sensor for worry-free closing, and an optional mount that allows the closer to be affixed to the top of the FlexiPunch binding machine.
