This Visitor Pass Registry Book with Tab Expiring Badges helps to keep track of visitors to your facility both visibly and with a wire bound written record.

Each book contains 500 badges with duplicates preprinted in Black ink. Sheets of self-adhesive badges are followed by duplicate sheets immediately behind, transferring visitor information to a permanent written record as a badge is filled in with ball-point pen.

Each badge contains a space for the visitor's Name, Company, Date, and "Time-In."

These time-elapsed expiring self-adhesive badges have a one-piece design that simplifies activation. Once peeled from the sheet in the book, the tab folds behind the badge, beginning the 1-day time-elapsed process. The tab shows through to the front of the badge the next day, reading "Void," distinguishing it from current badges.
