Welcome, and thanks for visiting! We specialize in supplying schools and try to make it as easy as possible. We gladly accept Purchase Orders from Non-Tuition Public Schools and other Government Agencies. Let's get started.

1. Verify current pricing

Shop online and add items to your cart for the most accurate product and shipping costs, or contact us to request a quote.

2. Submit your PO

A hard copy of your school-issued purchase order is required before we can process your order. Please send us your PO using only one of the following methods: email, fax, or mail. Every PO needs to include:

  • Bill-To Address
  • Ship-To Address
  • Contact Name
  • Phone Number
  • A/P Email Address (if applicable)
  • Purchase Order Number
  • Authorized Signature
  • Order Details (including item #, item description, quantity, pricing, correct shipping cost, order total, and tax if applicable)

3. Wait for order processing

Your PO will be processed, packed, and shipped within 1 business day, and a Net 30 invoice will be emailed and mailed, unless otherwise directed.

For POs, we accept the following forms of payment:

  1. Check
  2. Credit Card
  3. ACH (setup available upon request)

Can I create my own quote?

Our customer service team can quickly make a quote for you at any time during our business hours. If you need it sooner, you can access current pricing right here on our website. Simply add the items to your cart, enter your shipping details at checkout, and save or print the page that lists out item pricing, tax, and shipping.
