Each roll is wound with precision equipment to provide smooth, tightly-wound rolls with even tension, ensuring that every laminating job can be wrinkle-free with minimal tension adjustments necessary.

Our film adhesive activates between 260-270° (which is lower than many competitive school grade films). This lower temperature allows for faster warm-up times, less power consumption, and reduced film odors.

All rolls pass through an anti-static device to remove excess static electricity, which ultimately allows the film to easily pass through the machine without clinging to other surfaces.

Notification Labels

Each roll is individually wrapped in a poly bag. End caps are placed in both ends of the roll to prevent the cores from being crushed during transit. Finally, the rolls are placed in a heavy duty corrugated carton to provide additional protection.

Each box ships with a heavy-duty threading card to permit easy film loading.

Labels are placed on the outside of each roll indicating the direction of travel to reduce the chance of incorrectly loading the film. An additional "removable" warning label is placed approximately 10 feet from the end of the roll to alert the operator that it's time to change the film. (The warning label is removable so that it will not affect the product being laminated.)
